    Ow my frigging arteries! Thats not this location in specific fault but Pizza Hut as a franchise! Why so greasy!? Sheesh. I think I developed my heart burn problem from eating at places like this throughout my life.

    The food is great though. Mmmm delicious Boston style pizza with a deep dish and lots of grease. Slightly tangy tasting sauce. You all know that though, who hasn't been to a Pizza Hut or had it at least once in their life!?

    The location is awesome too, I love the one level building that's nice and dark on the inside. Perfect restaurant to hit up for some nice cool air in the middle of the hot summer believe it or not. It's always really clean also.

    In terms of the service, I think this is the one thing this place could work on improving a bit. You have to wait to be seated and sometimes your waiting for a long f'ing time. And once your seated, well I've had different experiences. It really depends on the server. Unlike some places, the service here hasn't been consistently bad so I won't burn it for that.

    This is the only Pizza Hut location in North Bay so if your looking for Pizza Hut this is your place and be glad that its a nice one! Nicer than a lot of the ones I've found down south here in Toronto!

    Ordered pizza online to be delivered later that day. They attempted to deliver it 2 hours early. After calling the restaurant we thought the issue was settled. The actual time we ordered for came and went and the restaurant assured us the order was on the way. Well it's 2 later and no order has shown up. We were also put on hold for an hour before finally giving up.

    I do not recommend this location. Use the new Express location on McKeown for take out and delivery.

    Based on other review sites this location is problematic for getting your order wrong. Here's my story. Along with a salad and garlic bread I ordered a 22 pc, honey garlic wings. I was told 15-20 minutes for pick up. Over 30 minutes later they gave me the food. When I got home to my hungry family we discovered we were given a 14 pc Buffalo wings. We don't go for anything remotely spicy so I couldn't just let it go. When I called back I got the manager on the phone and asked him what my order was. He confirmed it should of been the 22 pc H.G. wings. He offered delivery in 40 minutes. Unacceptable, my family is very hungry. I said I would drive back. He said ready in 10 min and to their credit it was done in 9. I returned the 14 pc Buffalo with 2 wings missing. I was clear that I was not happy to return on my own time and gas to correct their mistake. Manager offered the 14 pc mistake as "it's no good to me now". The spice level was no good to us either. I let it be known I wasn't happy with an "I'm sorry" as compensation. Manager said "Well what do you want then?". I said if he isn't able to offer anything then he wouldn't get any repeat business from me. He was fine with that. Wow.

    TL:DR Wrong orders seem to be common here. Regardless of inconveniences to the customer manager is unwilling to offer any compensation that has monetary value. How does corporate Pizza Hut let this store continue to devalue their brand? I will never return.
